Important notice for EU/EEA customers

EU/EEA customers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). This policy does not limit those rights. If you are unsure of your rights, contact your national consumer protection authority.

1. Eligibility window

All claims — including damaged, defective, or incorrect items — must be submitted within 14 days of the date your order was delivered according to tracking. Claims submitted after this period cannot be processed.

2. Defective or damaged product

If your product arrives damaged or defective, we will offer a full refund or a free replacement at your choice. To be eligible you must:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery
  • Provide your order number
  • Provide clear photos or a video showing the damage or defect

We reserve the right to request additional evidence if the submitted material is insufficient to assess the claim.

3. Wrong product received

If you received a product different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item received. We will send the correct product or issue a full refund.

4. Change of mind

Because our products are fulfilled and shipped directly from our logistics partner, we are generally unable to accept returns for change-of-mind purchases. EU/EEA customers: your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies regardless of the above. Please contact us at hello@nourikit.com to exercise this right. Return shipping costs in such cases are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

5. Order not received

If your tracking shows the order as delivered but you have not received it, please first contact your local post office or carrier, as packages are sometimes held for collection. If the issue cannot be resolved this way, contact us and we will investigate. Please note that we are unable to guarantee a resolution in all cases where the carrier confirms delivery.

6. What we cannot cover

We are unable to process claims in the following situations:

  • An incorrect shipping address was provided at checkout
  • The package was refused at delivery by the recipient
  • Delays or losses caused by customs clearance in the destination country
  • Damage to outer packaging only, where the product itself is intact
  • Claims submitted more than 14 days after confirmed delivery

7. Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
